Tourism Instructor Position Available in Lower Mainland.

BC tourism and hospitality instructors may be interested in this recently announced career opportunity. Eton College is an accredited private institution in Vancouver and is now is looking for a Tourism Management instructor.

In 2009 Eton College revamped its travel program 180 degrees and developed courses that align with the BC provincial core curriculum. This program is now called the Travel and Tourism Management Diploma program and it incorporates concepts from both the “travel” and the “tourism” sectors of the industry. Diploma graduates can ladder into a number of public tourism degree programs.

With renewed interest in the program, and higher enrolments, this new instructor opportunity has been created.

Position: Tourism instructor / part-time, temporary position
Required: Master’s degree in related field, 2 years industry experience, 2 years teaching experience, IT proficiency, and excellent English communications skills
